Sitting on the hillside above Kalkan, the property provides superb views across the bay. These may be enjoyed from the infinity pool at the front of the property and from all of the fifteen apartments. All apartments have terraces or balconies, one double bedroom, a sitting room with sofa bed and simple kitchenette (enough to rustle up a snack) and bathroom with bath, shower & WC.

The centre of Kalkan is two kilometres away, but not an easy walk, so a courtesy bus service runs five times daily (a taxi may be taken at other times, costing a few pounds each way) so the many facilities in Kalkan are easily available. Although, with the beautiful views, the lovely pool, the restaurant and the bar, there are few reasons to stray from this attractive new property.
